Refund policy

Disttich by Shaurya Sodhi endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. At Disttich, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That is why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!

You are required to apply for a return or exchange on our website within 5 working days of receiving your package.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds - coupon only
Please note: we do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds. Instead, once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a Disttich coupon for the value of your item. This coupon can be redeemed online at disttich.com or in person at our Chandigarh store, and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If the coupon is not used within 6 months, it will expire and can no longer be used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, use your coupon towards a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCHANGE
We happily offer exchanges on all products, which must have their original tags. Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, exchanges and returns are limited to once per order, and the coupon issued for exchanged items is valid for 6 months from issue, after which it can no longer be used. Packages that do not fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. Please note items purchased with a coupon or gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.

RETURN
If you prefer a return, no problem! We do not offer cash refunds - instead, we issue a Disttich coupon valid for 6 months, redeemable online or in-store, so you can find something else you will love. If unused within 6 months, the coupon expires and is of no further use.
