Disttich by shaurya sodhi endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. At Disttich, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!
You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 5 working days of receiving the package.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
EXCHANGE
- We happily offer exchanges on all products, which must have their original tags. Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, exchanges / Returns are limited to once per order, and store credit (Gift Card), valid for 6 months will be issued for exchanged items. Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. Please Note Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.
RETURN
- If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit (Gift Card), valid for 6 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.
